Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY:

Hunted Concept will only accept returned items on full priced stock.  

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale product. 

Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and have original tags attached.  We will not accept products that have been damaged or washed.


An exchange, credit note or refund on full priced items will only be accepted within 7 days.  

Should you request a refund or exchange please notify us on sales@huntedconcept.com so that arrangements can be made. 

Please note, Hunted Concept will not issue refunds on delivery expenses.

Online credit notes will expire a year from date issued and can only be used online. 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on the following items:

  • Reduced stock 
  • Promotional sales
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Headwear 
  • Jewellery
